REPLACEMENT VOTER CARD

If you are a registered voter in Wilson County and want a replacement voter registration card you may download this form, complete and sign it, scan the form and email to info@wilsontnvotes.gov as an attachment . You may also mail to Wilson County Election Commission P.O.Box 97, Lebanon, TN 37088 or bring it in person to the Wilson County Election Commission Office at 230 East Gay Street, Lebanon, TN 37087 to change your address.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION CARD WITH YOU WHEN YOU VOTE.
